      I want to thank you and Exchange International for your services. Frankly I was skeptical when I received your initial call indicating that you could assist us in recovering the money that we spent on two separate companies for Marketing, Advertising and Selling our timeshare. After having done business with those two companies I was hesitant to trust anyone else, especially from Florida, with any sort of online transaction.
      I had tried to contact the companies directly, complained to “The Better Business Bureau” and filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Florida and these efforts went for naught. All I got was more frustrated and angry. I actually visited one of the businesses in Florida, while there in March of 2011, and found a mall type storefront with several rows of partitions with computers and operators on the phones in each cubical. I did not go into the business as I was afraid of what I might do. It was obvious then that the whole set up was a scam. They couldn’t even pretend to be in the Marketing and Resale of anything.
      When you contacted me I was very skeptical to say the least but after some discussion my wife and I wanted to give one more try to recover the payments to those crooks. The deciding factor was your B+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, even though you are not a member, the rating helped make my mind up. We gave you our information and made our payment to you in late September. It is now October 28th and after following your directions and mailing information to you the previous companies, one last time, and mailing your drafted letters to our Master Card Company we have been reimbursed for 100% of our initial payments and have received refunds for any interest the Master Card Company charged us. Thank you; thank you; thank you. It has been a pleasure working with you and Exchange International. Please keep up the efforts to assist folks like us who have fallen prey to the unscrupulous activities of some people who should be in jail.

My name is Patty Landwehr and I would like to thank Exchange International for assisting me in getting my money back from the timeshare resale firm I went with . I sent out the letter and within less than a week, they were calling me wanting to refund my entire $10,400. Within three days it was in my bank account. It only took one letter. I was so impressed at the speed that this works, It really does work.
 

Exchange International has been very helpful and I was able to recover a large portion of the funds that we were drafting for.  Other companies are calling and saying they can help me get my money back but there’s always a catch. Not with Exchange International. It was definitely worth the money.

Thank you for calling me and I enjoyed our conversation.  Enclosed is a revised table showing XXXXX by Owner revised charges.  They promised me that a Mr. Fitzgerald in California planned to buy my Wyndham Bonnet Creek Time Share.  I never recieved any money from this sale.  Visa refunded $1591.00 on charge number 3 and $1999.00 on charge number 5.  XXXXXX by Owner reversed the charges on number 8 and 9 for $245.00 and $1999.  Visa refunded $1199.00 on charge number 12.  Discover Card refunded $1999.00 on charge number 13 and $995.00 on charge number 14.  I have written a letter to Visa for $1999, $695., and $1999.00 for charges: 4, 6 and 10.

In my opinion Exchange International is an extremely fine company, and it has been a big help to me in getting refunds from XXXXX By Owner.  Enclosed is an original and a revised table of XXBO's charges to me and my wife Jane.

Timeshare Owners:
This letter is to inform anyone who currently owns a timeshare. At the end of March I received a call from Exchange International informing me that they could assist me in retrieving money from companies such as Ximeshare Xy Xwner and Ximeshare Xdvantage (Mojo) by letting them rent my timeshare or even selling it. To this day I have not received a call, nor have I received a single cent from either one of these companies and I quickly realized I needed outside assistance to get what I deserve. Simply put, these companies are no good scams!
However, Exchange International was a different experience completely. Their service and their employees were helpful. All of my questions were answered and they were never shy about calling me to see how I made out. I am confident in saying that without their help I would not have got my money back. The letters and booklet that they mailed have provided me with a lot of useful information on getting real returns from my timeshare. I have recently obtained the money back from one of my timeshares after sending out letters to several lawyers and the Attorney General and the Department of Agriculture with the assistance of Exchange International. Without them, I would surely still be getting the run around from the other companies which were blatantly taking advantage of me. Exchange International is a real company that offers real assistance to timeshare owners like myself who have been wasting their time with other timeshare scams. I highly recommend Exchange International to anyone who is sick and tired of getting their time and money wasted by these other companies.

I was so upset, and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do. Talking to Delaney made me feel like someone truly cares. Exchange International is really there for us.  As a company, you have the letters and forms readily available to help us contact less scrupulous time-share resale companies.  And you have the staff to advise and help us proceed through the many steps to recoup our fees.
 
The idea of donating a vacation week was unheard of before we joined E.I.  What a great thing - both for us and for the organizations that you serve.
